Polisy of the Conference

The International Conference on AI and Computing Innovation (ICAICI) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic quality, integrity, and fairness in its peer-review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous review procedure to ensure originality, technical soundness, relevance, and contribution to the field.

  1. Review Model

ICAICI adopts a double-blind peer review process. Authors’ identities are concealed from reviewers, and reviewers’ identities are not disclosed to authors. This approach ensures impartial evaluation and minimizes potential bias.

  2. Reviewer Assignment

    • Each paper is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the submission’s topic.
    • Reviewers are selected from the Technical Program Committee and invited external experts.
    • Conflicts of interest are strictly avoided.
  3. Evaluation Criteria

Submissions are evaluated based on the following criteria:

    • Originality and novelty of the research
    • Technical quality and methodological soundness
    • Relevance to the conference themes and tracks
    • Clarity and organization of the manuscript
    • Significance and potential impact of the results
    • Adequacy of references and positioning within related work
  4. Review Outcomes

Based on reviewers’ recommendations, submissions may receive one of the following decisions:

    • Accept
    • Accept with minor revisions
    • Accept with major revisions
    • Reject

The final decision is made by the Program Chairs after considering reviewers’ reports and overall conference quality balance.

  5. Revision and Resubmission

    • Authors of conditionally accepted papers must address all reviewer comments and submit a revised version within the specified deadline.
    • Revised papers may be re-evaluated to verify that concerns have been adequately addressed.
  6. Plagiarism and Ethical Standards

    • All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening using standard similarity detection tools.
    • Papers containing plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabricated data, or other ethical violations will be rejected without review.
    • ICAICI adheres to established academic ethics and publication standards.
  7. Confidentiality

    • Submitted manuscripts and review reports are treated as confidential documents.
    • Reviewers may not share, discuss, or use the content of submitted papers for any purpose other than review.
  8. Author Responsibility

    • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work.
    • Submission implies that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under review elsewhere.
  9. Final Manuscript and Presentation

    • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper (onsite or online, according to the conference format).
    • Failure to present may result in exclusion from the conference proceedings.
